The Non-Accredited Baby Talk - First Aid Awareness course is designed to provide parents, caregivers, and expectant parents with essential first aid knowledge and skills to respond to common infant emergencies. This course focuses on increasing awareness and confidence in handling situations involving babies and young children in home or community settings.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to recognise and respond to a range of infant-related emergencies, including choking, allergic reactions, burns, and falls. The training covers basic life-saving techniques such as infant CPR, clearing airways, and treating minor injuries. Participants will also gain practical tips for creating a safer environment for infants and learn when to seek professional medical assistance.

This course is ideal for new and expectant parents, grandparents, babysitters, and anyone responsible for the care of infants and young children who want to be better prepared for emergencies.

Upon completing the Non-Accredited Baby Talk - First Aid Awareness course, participants will have the confidence and foundational knowledge to manage common infant emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of babies and toddlers in their care. This training is invaluable for promoting safety and awareness among caregivers.

Face-to-Face: Face to Face contact time of at least 30 minutes.
